Spicy Chicken Rigatoni
In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and garlic. Sauté just long enough for garlic to caramelize and red pepper to release flavor into the oil. Add sliced chicken and sauté briefly to coat in spices and garlic.
Add marinara first, then Alfredo sauce and bring to simmer. Cook until sauce thickens and chicken has reached an internal temp of 165. Turn off flame, add butter and peas.
Toss cooked pasta with sauce. If desired, garnish with crushed red pepper and enjoy!
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Crushed Pepper (or less)
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper [Garnish] (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Peas (optional)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt& Pepper
- 1lb Rigatoni Pasta
- 2 Tsp Butter
- 3/4 Cup Marinara Sauce
- 6oz Chicken (Sliced)
