Chard & Garlic Scape Pasta
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil chard stems until soft (10 – 15 min). Drain and rinse with cool water and set aside.
Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium head. Stir in onion and garlic scapes. Cook until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Increase heat to medium-high. Stir in chard and cook until onion has browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in pasta and enjoy!
- 1 Cup Swiss Chard Stalk (1in Pieces)
- 1 Package Pasta (Cooked)
- 1/4 Large Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Scapes (Chopped)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
